Honestly one of the easiest, most painless car buying experiences I have EVER had! I worked with Sylvia and Donna, who were both super nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I went here on a Saturday after seeing a Jeep they had online. I worked with Sylvia who reassured me all the Jeep needed was a new windshield which would be replaced the following Monday/Tuesday. I then w online. I worked with Sylvia who reassured me all the Jeep needed was a new windshield which would be replaced the following Monday/Tuesday. I then was told it needed more work than anticipated. Drive shaft, oil pan, pinion seals, wheel bearings, etc. They had the Jeep for 2.5 weeks. I asked to back out after 1 week of it being in the shop only to be told they already registered it and there's nothing they can do. Was told by Donna that Vermont does not have a Lemon Law so I should feel comfortable that they are fixing the issues. The only actual updates I was getting during this 2.5 week period was from my insurance company. Fast forward, the Jeep gets delivered. It then failed Massachusetts inspection (after being reassured it would pass without issue). Less than 1 week later the check engine light came on and it's pouring out oil, with a rusted oil pan. Obviously not having been replaced like I was told. I've contacted the dealership and got "that sucks" in return. I've asked for a copy of the work that was done 3 times now and still haven't received. I've started the process of legal action and received a text from Donna of "what can I do to make this right" after being shut down about failed inspections and other issues. I don't recommend going here to my worst enemy. They take advantage of you and lie about everything to make a sale. More
Negotiated a set of 4 tires as part of the deal. They insisted on putting them on only to call about 1/2 hour later and say that the vehicle (just purchased!) needed ball joints before the tires cou They insisted on putting them on only to call about 1/2 hour later and say that the vehicle (just purchased!) needed ball joints before the tires could go on. We said we would pick up the car and tires - they said it was dangerous to drive so we should just authorize the work (over $800 - about the price of the tires?) We went and got the car anyway and brought it to 2 separate shops to verify the ball joints issue. Both verified that the ball joints were fine! Told them we would pick up the tires but when I got there, they tried to load in the wrong size tire. I caught it and then they said they would have to order the tires (didn't you have them a few days ago when you had the car for mounting?) Finally picked up the correct size tires a few days later and left. Have now been driving the vehicle for more than 2 YEARS without needing ball joints! More
Got alot of mixed information. Dealing with the bcd and sales manager (Donna). Could never get numbers straight. Started to get frustrated with me when i started asking questions l Dealing with the bcd and sales manager (Donna). Could never get numbers straight. Started to get frustrated with me when i started asking questions looking for best deal i could get and they got caught up and had to call me back multiple times. Kept saying they were super busy. Sometimes never called me back. They seemed very inexperienced. Im assuming they must be new to the business. Seemed like a decent deal but the personal would be better fit working at a kfc or hertz rent a car. More
I have a paper trail proving that the finance guy, Zack, was being dishonest. I also have a recorded phone call with him raising his voice and being extremely unprofessional. After 4 cars, well over 6 figur was being dishonest. I also have a recorded phone call with him raising his voice and being extremely unprofessional. After 4 cars, well over 6 figures worth of business, I’m sad to say we will never purchase another car here unless Zack is gone. Curtis, please let us know if you ever go work somewhere else! You are an awesome salesman. We will visit you to buy our next car when it’s time. More

Cameron was so pleasant to deal with. I was so concerned going in to this store after my experience in another town. But I’m so glad I did! Cameron is super laid back and no pressure. This dealership is fantastic at scamming people. The salesman wouldn't give me the price of the vehicles, claiming they "go by monthly payment amount" when helping you choose a car. The guy basically to salesman wouldn't give me the price of the vehicles, claiming they "go by monthly payment amount" when helping you choose a car. The guy basically told me he would sell me any car I wanted and didn't really consider what I could afford. I chose a 2016 Chevy Trax, purchased in August of 2019. They sold me an extended warranty when the factory warranty hadn't expired yet. I checked the website when I got home as I didn't have cell service at the dealership and found the listing for my car was still up and the price listed was almost $2000 less than what the selling price on my paperwork is. That doesn't include all of the taxes and fees, I'm talking the literal sales price, the one they wouldn't give me. The salesman left me a voicemail the next day begging me to send more customers his way, which seemed a bit unprofessional to me. Some of the trim flew off on I-91 after less than a week of owning the car, and they put up a fight when we asked them to replace it. And to top it off, I took the car in for a recall a few months after purchase, I think December or January, and didn't get it back for almost a week. They had advance notice we were bringing it in, but took at least 2 days to order the part because they planned on just welding it. The part was so damaged that luckily they couldn't do that, but it made me question the extensive inspection they claim they do on all used cars that come in. I like my car, but if I'd know I wanted to buy a Trax then I would've gone to Dillon's Chevrolet. More
