I just arrived in Barre on a Friday night when I noticed a burning sme I drove about 4+ hours from MA to go to RockFire with friends and two children. I just arrived in Barre on a Friday night when I noticed a burning smell coming from my Jeep. Long story short, I called the next morning, which was a Saturday, and the Service Advisor, John, told me to come right in. They replaced a bearing and an axle seal and finished the job by noon... on a Saturday, with no appointment! I was really happy with the service, and even happier that we all made it home safely. Thank you! More

I was told by the person in service that I would need to contact the dealership that I purchased my Jeep from and have them submit a claim to Chrysler. The dealership I purchased my Jeep from is an hour and a half away and Midstate is 10 minutes from me. So I contacted the dealership I purchased the vehicle from and they advised said I should have no issue having my local dealership handle the issue. So they contact Midstate on my behalf, and Midstate's service rep Paul refused to help. So this left me to contact Chrysler who also contact Midstate who again refused to help me again. Needless to say I will be issuing a formal complaint through Chrysler and to the GM of this dealership! More
