Worst experience of my life!!!! Went there with a scheduled appointment to get my winter tires put on to be told it would be 4 hours!!!! I then told them I do not want any scratches on my rims when t scheduled appointment to get my winter tires put on to be told it would be 4 hours!!!! I then told them I do not want any scratches on my rims when taking my tires off. The manager who was still eating his donut talking to me told me no guarantees on scratching them. This is why I went to a Jeep dealership to get my tires on as they would have the right tools to do it! This is absolutely mind blowing! If you sell the vehicle you should have the right tools to work on them! Worst experience and will NEVER go back!!! Jeep will be hearing about this also! More

However, I was charged for the inspection and was told that it was only free if I bought the car from them specifically. I advised them that I had called in advance and the manager would not refund. I will not be returning to this dealer and given the customer service from both Jeep dealers (Midstate and Key) I have been to, I will not be purchasing another Jeep in the future. This was my 1st experience with a Jeep and it will be my last. More
Just a service visit Service was good but took a while. Very rude guy in the sales area that looked like a manager barked a "any sales people here today" into the room fro Service was good but took a while. Very rude guy in the sales area that looked like a manager barked a "any sales people here today" into the room from behind his station, instead of just greeting the customer (me). That mgr couldn't have known I was just looking for service - he would've cost the dealership my purchase if I was upgrading instead of servicing. More
Dealer would not cover warrantee repair For decades I was a customer of Midstate Dodge but will no longer give them the opportunity to do business with me. The reason is because of the treat For decades I was a customer of Midstate Dodge but will no longer give them the opportunity to do business with me. The reason is because of the treatment I received by their service department and the Midstate Dodge management. I have a 2013 Dodge Ram that I bought new at Midstate Dodge. During the warrantee period the emergency brake froze up and the cable would not retract. Midstate Dodge would not cover this frozen emergency break under new car warrantee. The reason for the break failure is because l don’t use the truck much and almost never use the emergency break. There is no exclusion in the warrantee for lack of use, but Midstate Dodge people refused to consider that the cause might be from a lack of use coupled with oxygen and humidity in the air causing rust. Rather they sited many warrantee clauses about environmental and surface rust exclusions. I had the emergency brake freed up at my trusted garage where there was rust on the inner workings of the emergency break. It cost me $100 to free up the emergency brake. With all of the original emergency brake parts still in place on the truck the emergency brake continues to work after several months. The difference is I now set and release the emergency break several times a week whether I drive the truck or not. The people at Midstate Dodge over a several month period wasted hours of time arguing and sending me off to read and reread sections of their warrantee that did not apply. Not once did they consider what I was saying, or consider that what I was saying might be true. The problem is from a lack of use, which is not an exclusion clause in the warrantee and the repair should have been covered. Because of the complete disregard for anything I was saying and the fact that their diagnosis (to avoid warrantee coverage) was wrong (the brake works as long as I use it), I will no longer allow Midstate Dodge any opportunity to do business with me. The Service Department from Hades This has got to be the worst service department on planet earth. Their attitude is not one of providing service, it's more like your an inconvenience. This has got to be the worst service department on planet earth. Their attitude is not one of providing service, it's more like your an inconvenience. It was so bad that I will never buy another Chrysler product again. Dan in the service department, as well as the manager had extremely bad attitudes. It surprises me that this place is even in business. Sales people are always pretty friendly, so I always go by the service department. They represent Chrysler in my book. More
