Steve made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience, never once felt pressured or uneasy. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever been through. Steve and the rest of the Midstate team truly lived up to their moto of "We make it easy". Great job Steve and the rest of the Midstate team. More

My wife wanted a new toy, and her choice a new Jeep Wrangler We enjoyed working with Paul Kapusta, and he worked a great deal at a great price. He took the time to show my wife how to use all features to include removal of the roof, and doors. We opted for a lease, as my wife drives very low mileage each year. The Jeep Wrangler has 4 doors, and all the bells and whistles, and is a lot of fun to drive. A lot of her friends enjoy the ride, and are working on getting a Jeep as it is awesome. More
Best Car Buying Experience EVER! Our salesperson, Cody Barclay, made this car purchase effortless. When we pointed out that we wanted to test drive other car models at different lots Our salesperson, Cody Barclay, made this car purchase effortless. When we pointed out that we wanted to test drive other car models at different lots, he pointed out the perks of purchasing a Jeep, but never gave us that hard annoying sales pitch. Based on the info he offered and, after having test driven other makes, we came back and bought the Jeep Renegade that we had first looked at. Cody was laid back and knowledgeable, never pushy. He was easy to deal with and knew his stuff! More
Just a service visit Service was good but took a while. Very rude guy in the sales area that looked like a manager barked a "any sales people here today" into the room fro Service was good but took a while. Very rude guy in the sales area that looked like a manager barked a "any sales people here today" into the room from behind his station, instead of just greeting the customer (me). That mgr couldn't have known I was just looking for service - he would've cost the dealership my purchase if I was upgrading instead of servicing. More
Mid-State Dodge Jeep is Honest, Competitive, and Responsive I have purchased or leased three cars from mid state Dodge jeep over the past several years. In each case the dealership was responsive to my needs. In one case they did not have exactly what I wanted in stock they ordered for me without trying to push me into something they had in stock. What is perhaps most important is they are competitive with all the dealers in the area. On the most recent lease, I asked two dealers for a quote on the exact configuration. Mid-State was the best quote compared to the "high volume dealer" in South Burlington by a meaningful amount. In fact, the "high volume dealer" try to persuade me with a so called "employer affinity program", which turned out to be worst than Mid-State..... and was nothing more than a "come on". In addition, the service department is also responsive and fair. On one occasion a light went out do to a loose wire. I was prepared to pay for the repair when the service manager volunteered to submit a warrantee claim. More
Dealer would not cover warrantee repair For decades I was a customer of Midstate Dodge but will no longer give them the opportunity to do business with me. The reason is because of the treat For decades I was a customer of Midstate Dodge but will no longer give them the opportunity to do business with me. The reason is because of the treatment I received by their service department and the Midstate Dodge management. I have a 2013 Dodge Ram that I bought new at Midstate Dodge. During the warrantee period the emergency brake froze up and the cable would not retract. Midstate Dodge would not cover this frozen emergency break under new car warrantee. The reason for the break failure is because l don’t use the truck much and almost never use the emergency break. There is no exclusion in the warrantee for lack of use, but Midstate Dodge people refused to consider that the cause might be from a lack of use coupled with oxygen and humidity in the air causing rust. Rather they sited many warrantee clauses about environmental and surface rust exclusions. I had the emergency brake freed up at my trusted garage where there was rust on the inner workings of the emergency break. It cost me $100 to free up the emergency brake. With all of the original emergency brake parts still in place on the truck the emergency brake continues to work after several months. The difference is I now set and release the emergency break several times a week whether I drive the truck or not. The people at Midstate Dodge over a several month period wasted hours of time arguing and sending me off to read and reread sections of their warrantee that did not apply. Not once did they consider what I was saying, or consider that what I was saying might be true. The problem is from a lack of use, which is not an exclusion clause in the warrantee and the repair should have been covered. Because of the complete disregard for anything I was saying and the fact that their diagnosis (to avoid warrantee coverage) was wrong (the brake works as long as I use it), I will no longer allow Midstate Dodge any opportunity to do business with me.
