Great service The salesman Tyrell worked very hard to get me into a 2018 Silverado. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in new or used vehicles. Automobile Industry Robbins Hard Working Consumers Ok So I have a 2015 Chevy Camaro LT with RS package basically loaded lease from McGee Chevrolet in Raynham Ma. I have a year left on the lease but hav Ok So I have a 2015 Chevy Camaro LT with RS package basically loaded lease from McGee Chevrolet in Raynham Ma. I have a year left on the lease but have decided to trade in early.Anyway I put 13,000 down to get into the Camaro lease so I have good equity according to there sales guy Josh and his thieving sales manager back in early 2016 and so I thought I did as well. So I go too several joke of Chrysler Jeep dealerships and they all tell me I have no equity in the Camaro that I have negative equity. Yes folks that’s right negative equity. This is what’s wrong with dealerships! They just continue to screw people over and expect no consequences there no better than the mortgage sales thieves. Well you flipping shisters guess what I’m going to be your consequence, especially you McGee because you also screwed (really)what you’re doing is robbing hardworking folks like myself and my brother and as I’m sure many many other customers. So McGee customers if any of you were taking to the bank by #McGeeChevroletinRaynhamMa it’s time to hold them accountable. I’m going to find a lawyer who will take on a class action law suit against these thieving criminals if you want to join in on this class action law suit you know where to reach me and I need for you fellow robbed customers to make this the #1 trend on FB let’s go it’s time we stop letting these shysters continue robbing us all day after day! Let’s go get in touch with me. Coming for you #McGeeChevrolet! Please Maura Healey us consumers are being robbed More
Buyer Experience Though I did purchase a new car in fall of 2017 from McGee Chevrolet, I have barely anything positive or pleasant to say about the buying process. I Though I did purchase a new car in fall of 2017 from McGee Chevrolet, I have barely anything positive or pleasant to say about the buying process. I will say that the salesman, Manny was courteous and a nice young man. (I feel bad that he has to work at McGee Chevrolet!) We did our homework before walking into the showroom to purchase a car. We called a number of dealers; checked prices online; spoke 4 different times with sales dept. representatives asking about the price, inventory, methods of payment, and setting up a day and time to come to the showroom and see the car we wanted to purchase. I sold my car the night before our appointment to a private party, after I had confirmed all of the above and was told that I could buy the car using three different credit cards as well as other cash payment and would be able to drive away with the new car with our plates. (Not TRUE!!!) We arrived expecting to be making a deal with Jackie, who I had spoken with three times. My husband also spoke with another person in the sales dept., I think his name was Mike. When we arrived, we were assigned Manny, a salesman who was supposed to "take care of us." This seemed to be part of this dealer's sales strategy which we considered a bit "sleazy". By handing us off to a new person, the new sales person did not know or supposedly did not know what we had been told by others on the telephone. (He like everyone else played dumb.) After driving the car, we sat down to make the purchase. The salesman tells us the price which is a number of thousands of dollars more than the price we were quoted on the telephone. (This is before all the other "usual" fees are added.) An hour later, we finally have negotiated a price which is still more than $1000 over the quoted price & is for a demo with small number of miles on the car.) Now the WAITING GAME begins, and we do believe this is on purpose, so that by the time the customer sees the finance manager to go over the paperwork, the customer is exhausted and ends up signing the paperwork without carefully looking at the numbers. I say this because, we were not the only customers hanging out waiting. (Three other frustrated customers were pacing around us and not very happy either!) At one point, my husband saunters down a hall to see what the business manager who we were waiting to see was doing. No one was in his office, and my husband asked him when he would be seeing us. The man said that he was just finishing up with some work and would be right with us. (He was not doing anything in his office! This was a lie! We could have been in his office, as he completed the figures, and in that way, he could be explaining the figures and additional costs as he added them to our purchase agreement. Instead, when we finally got into his office, we found mistakes (over charging us-not the price agreed by us), and he had to redo the paperwork again! He had to go see our salesman because the price was not correct!!! We were getting more aggravated every minute and I lost it and told this man off! (We should have walked out but as they had planned, we had just invested 4 hours in the dealership and I already sold my car the night before!) Also, we were not allowed to use any of our credit cards, or otherwise the price would be increased by $1000; this is opposite of what two different people - Jackie & Mike told us over the phone! Basically everything told to us by everyone was a lie! By the time we left, we had been there for over 4 hours! If we knew we were going to pay what we paid for this car, we would never had driven to this dealer. When we said this to the salesman, he said that the advertised price is only to get people in the door! We told everyone we dealt with that day that we were very unhappy and would not come back here again and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They tried to act like they care about customers, but we know all they cared about was selling a car on this day! Do not be pulled into this dealer by false advertising! Go anywhere else, and don't step foot into McGee Chevrolet! We always bought Chevrolet cars, but this will probably be our last Chevy! I hope you see how aggravated we were and are about this dealer.
