Service manager is an angry elf who got caught not rotating my tires!!! I called to speak with him directly and he got angry because I called him out. He was mad because I had a free oil change for on rotating my tires!!! I called to speak with him directly and he got angry because I called him out. He was mad because I had a free oil change for one of his service guys screwing up with me prior. Then he never rotated my tires and claimed it wasn’t his responsibility to give me a free tire rotation also. told him I was going to pay for it, I understood that only the oil change was free. Then he claimed whom ever my wife made the appointment with didn’t put the correct code in. This little twit then threatened me, “Come on down here tough guy” LMFAO this guy is height challenged and wants to fight. He then hangs up on me and I called back talked to the girl who answers the phone and she said she’s going to transfer me to the General Manager. Then the angry elf gets in AGAIN!!! This guy obviously has some sort of mental difficulties, he starts whispering like Joe Biden, and says it’s his word against mine and that I threatened him because I called him a “Little C*NT”(which was juvenile on my part).He then offers me a free tire rotation because he then realizes that after all of his childish behavior, it was HIS GUY THAT WAS AT FAULT THIS WHOLE TIME, THE ANGRY ELF JUST HAD TO LISTEN TO WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!!!! More

They did not rotate my wife’s tires. I suspected them of this before and had them marked before hand. They also told my wife she needed to change her tranny fluid because it was black before they were done this before and had them marked before hand. Two weeks later her check engine light came on I checked the code it was a tranny code. Brought it to a tranny shop. It was 1.5 quarts low. He agreed perfect color just a little low but not a leak to be seen anywhere. Very shady coincidence. They have lost my business I feel they are unethical. Beware More

Worst dealership out there. They try to lie and cheat the customer on anything they can. When I leased the car the salesman said it was a 3.5 yr lease and when I went to do the paper work it turned into a 4 customer on anything they can. When I leased the car the salesman said it was a 3.5 yr lease and when I went to do the paper work it turned into a 4 year lease. I brought my car in after it was vandalized and the service department said it wasn’t vandalized it was from normal west and tear that my motor was shot. I bought the car brand new and was driving it for only 3 years. I bring my car to Best Chevy in Hingham and they proved my car was vandalized. When I went to buyout my lease they tried going back on our agreed upon buyout price. They said I had to finance through them and it was a GM policy not theirs. I contacted GM afterwards and they said that was a lie and I could finance any way I wanted. They said I didn’t have to buy my car from this dealership since they were treating me so badly. Mcgee Chevy in Raynham tried charging me $5000 more for the car than I am paying now since I called them out on their scam and was able to purchase straight from GM instead. This has to be the worst dealership in the history of car dealerships More

Absolute worst dealership around. These guys literally scared my wife and daughter. Would not give back registration and keys. I bought a truck at McGee Chevy about 1.5 years ago, which wasn’t a great experience when I had a finance rep laugh in my face when discussing financing. I brought my truck in on 6/15/21 for my last fre which wasn’t a great experience when I had a finance rep laugh in my face when discussing financing. I brought my truck in on 6/15/21 for my last free service. I suspected from the prior services that they did not rotate the tires as they claimed to do. I marked a tire and and checked after the service was done, and sure enough they did not rotate the tires. Not the biggest deal in the world but it makes me wonder what else is being done poorly or not even at all. I will never buy a vehicle nor have a vehicle serviced at McGee Chevy ever again due to lack of integrity. I’d also like to add that the conversations and language from the sales staff around customers is very unprofessional. The entire McGee dealership should go be trained by the Best Chevy dealership in Norwell. More
