Being my first time here at Nissan Stratham, I had to service my car for a check engine light. I spoke to Roger Bernier, the service manager and he was a delight to speak with. Went in with specific dollar amount available as i was helping my daughter with a car. The salesperson and sales manager (typical dealer game) tried to tell me I did not know what I could afford and that helping my daughter with a car. This was absolutely the most terrible experience at a dealership- and is what gives Car dealers their bad reputation. More

Cody had great knowledge and patience. We gave him a hard time, making him and the rest of the team stay late, but he was more than willing to do so. Unfortunately an initially positive buying experience from this dealership has turned into a very negative one. My fiance and I traded in our 2008 Nissan Altima here and leased a 2013 Maxima. The initi from this dealership has turned into a very negative one. My fiance and I traded in our 2008 Nissan Altima here and leased a 2013 Maxima. The initial experience was great. We worked with Todd who was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and make sure we were happy. However, our experience with this dealership since we purchased has been a nightmare. The car we traded in carried a Nissan Security Plus warranty. Because the warranty had only been used for about a year, we were due to receive a refund from Nissan on the unused portion of the warranty. We were told by the sales manager here that we needed to contact Nissan customer service to initiate the process for the refund on the warranty. However, he has no idea who or where to contact about this, he just gave us the general Nissan customer service number that he looked up on his iPhone. Upon contacting Nissan we were told something completely different, that the dealership should be handling the paper work for the refund on the warranty. So, we went back to Autofair and explained this and were assured it would be taken care of. More than a month later, the process for receiving our refund has not even been started by Autofair. We have been trying to get to the bottom of this issue, but calls into Autofair have been met with incompetence, patronization, and even annoyance from the staff including the general manager. I'm not sure what ever happened to customer service, especially in and industry where word of mouth means everything. I absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will not be returning. More
Before my fiance and I visited Auto Fair Nissan of Stratham, we had a particular vehicle in mind, so we booked an appointment after work. The customer service was great from the start. Cody greeted us with a friendly smile and handshake, taking us right to the 2010 Nissan Rogue we had in mind. Cody's approach was considerate and forthright, giving us a brief of a comparison between the 2010 and 2011 that resided in the next spot. His short review of pros/cons between the two helped us solidify that the 2010 was the one we wished to test drive. Prior to getting on the road, Cody gave us a run-down of the vehicle - I was truly blown away by the knowledge Cody displayed! It was like he had been driving the Rogue for years and knew it inside and out - very impressive. While test driving, Cody was charming and patient - he even filled up the tank for us! The information he had given us before driving made sense, so we knew what to expect from the vehicle, and he answered every question with a thoughtful, confident explanation. Cody took the time to stay late with us and guide us through our purchase together. His team was so very helpful with financing and purchasing - I really can't say enough about the ease and quality of overall service we experienced with the team at Nissan of Stratham. If you're reading this, Cody - we are so very pleased that we walked away with not only the exact vehicle we wanted at a terrific price, but we left with The Best service we have ever gotten at a dealership, hands down.
