Harvest ID number: I searched cargurus. com for over a month looking for a decent truck to buy and utilized the radius of 200 miles from my home in New Jersey for my search. While I found se com for over a month looking for a decent truck to buy and utilized the radius of 200 miles from my home in New Jersey for my search. While I found several nice trucks, there was not one dealership that I called in that radius that would give me a straight answer about price, fees, availability and etc. Getting frustrated with this lack of honest communication, I expanded the search to 500 miles and came upon a nice looking vehicle at McFarland Ford of Rochester in New Hampshire. I called the dealership and spoke with Lauren who was incredibly forthcoming, kind, and gave me all of the vehicle details, availability, dealership fees, and the like over the phone. I asked what rates they could offer on financing and gave her what two banks quoted me at, and she said she would call me back with info. She gave me a rate with a reputable bank that beat both quotes I had gotten independently. I told her I would be willing to take a plane and Uber up to New Hampshire the next day to check the vehicle out if there was any way they could hold it for a day, and she said that could be arranged. She said she was going on vacation the following day but would leave me in good hands with Jonathan. I boarded a plane early the next day and got a missed message from the dealership while in route. I figured they went behind my back and sold it; however, the message was from Jonathan who assured me the truck was being gassed up and detailed and would be right out front waiting for me. He greeted me at the door when I arrived, took a test drive with me, and kindly explained the next steps in the process without being pushy in any way. Being from NJ, and having 0 trust for car dealers, I figured something must have been wrong with it, but Jonathan showed me the vehicle service records and CARFAX report upon request. I loved the truck and decided to purchase it against my better judgement and was then transferred to the finance manager. He explained the whole process in detail and somehow got me an even better rate than what was quoted over the phone. When I left the dealership for the 6 hour drive home, I was convinced the wheels were going to fall off, as I have never experienced such an honest, non-pushy and seamless process buying anything; however it was the smoothest ride I’ve taken in years! From start to finish, the staff at McFarland were by far and away the kindest most honest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. With the exception of the interest rate being lower than what they quoted me, everything they told me - start to finish - was true! I could not be happier with my new truck and genuinely thank everyone there for renewing my faith in humanity that there are still honest people, particularly car salesmen, left in the country. This was my first time ever in New Hampshire and this dealership, but I would not purchase a vehicle anywhere else in the future. Thank you again, and I wish the staff all the best in their future endeavors! More

Friendly, attentive, not at all pushy and even though he was really busy with other customers, we had his undivided attention. He listened to exactly what it was I wanted, with respect to my budget and grabbed me a key to test drive my soon-to-be new 24’ F250. Had a wonderful experience here at McFarland Ford and would go back in a heartbeat. More
Cash deal to purchase a used truck and was given misinformation every step of the way. First there was a warranty and then there wasn’t. That was extra.
