My f250 had a starting issue. Called my purchase dealer and they said 2 - 3 weeks before they could get to it, talked to Dan Tuesday and he said bring it right up, found the probl Called my purchase dealer and they said 2 - 3 weeks before they could get to it, talked to Dan Tuesday and he said bring it right up, found the problem and fixed it by 4:30 that day. He also told me I had a backup camera recall so he ordered that for me and he came in a couple hundred bucks under the estimate. I will definitely be going there in the future and will probably try them for my next purchase. More

Service was 800$ more expensive than the price that was discussed and agreed upon with service advisor. A very frustrating situation at the time of pick up. Service advisor called for tech recommended services I asked what the “out the door price was” he told me “1080$ all in”. The total service price ended up being 1800$. I don’t mind the price and understand the services are needed. I would have had the dealer do the work over the next two oil changes to better fit my budget. All in all I’ve been going to this dealership for over 10 years for all my service needs. I bought a brand new F250 there and would recommend them. However there appears to have been a lot of turnover in the service department and maybe some training is in order to ensure happy customer/company experiences. More
