Paul, We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your recent experience at McFarland Ford of Rochester. As per our in-person discussion explaining how a vehicle would have failed New Hampshire State Inspection for Emissions if any hard faults were detected at the time off service which was not the case as your vehicle passed the test. It was unforeseen that a fault was going to happen in the near future along with not being covered by your warranty of 3years/36,00 miles as you have over 100,000 miles on the truck. We would be more than happy to get the truck back to diagnose the horn concern and make the determination if it was related to the previous service. We strive to make sure every customer has an outstanding experience and will stop at nothing to make sure this happens.
