New owners have really turned this place around especially the service department!! I also said I would never go back to Rochester Ford, but I decided to give Mcfarland a chance and so thankful I d especially the service department!! I worked with 2 gentleman in the service department for a warranty issue on my transmission! They got me a rental car and got my car in and out within 2 weeks even though they said it could be up to a month waiting on parts!!! They were so friendly and courteous to my situation as this was the 2nd time my transmission failed and in less then a years time!!! Amazing people, amazing service!! Will be returning for future work and to get my next vehicle from them! More
I started my process online with Lauren and Brooke. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the truck. When we got to the numbers they brought in Sean. He was honest, open and respectful. A day later I went to the dealer in person and met with Connor. He showed me the truck and its features and answered a bunch of my questions. He was also knowledgeable about the truck. Lastly I worked with the finance department on paying for the truck. The total time I was there, including a test drive, was about 2 hours. Very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend MacFarland Ford of Rochester. More

Thanks for taking care of the tire. Chase Carrigan did a great job working with me from test drive to driving out in my new Ford Explorer! First time using McFarland ford and in another 4or 5 years I’ll be back for another Explorer.
