I had instructed the dealer that I had an issue with my TPMS module for some time before they even looked at it. They took the truck and gave me a loaner which I had to continuously call ahead for. Once th TPMS module for some time before they even looked at it. They took the truck and gave me a loaner which I had to continuously call ahead for. Once they took the truck for the entire day they had told me that they needed a kit for Ford due to the RF signal interference on EVs. I then had to wait over a week and a half for the kit and had to yet again come back taking myself time and time away from work. Again they had my vehicle all day and repeated told me the repair would be 3-4 hours. After no updates I had to repeatedly keep calling for an update on the vehicle. Finally they admitted they had the diagnosis completely wrong and reached out to a Ford Engineering rep. The rep had instructed to simply replace the TPMS sensors entirely and that would resolve the issue. Upon pickup of my vehicle I requested paperwork multiple times covering the work done and proof of labor. I was told many time I would have the paperwork emailed to me. I finally reached out to Ford corporate who said they would reach out to the dealer and after I sent a private email to the service advisor I was finally given my paperwork. Non stop headache, no transparency and no integrity to ownership of proper work. I will not return to this dealer More
