Hi Andrew, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I did not realize you felt that way and want to make sure that your concerns are addressed. I know the WeatherTech mats were removed during the full recon process and with the time constraints they were missed being placed back in the vehicle. We did however address that concern right away and hold the mats until it was convenient for you to come and pick them up. I am sorry for pushing the limits on your timetable, we tried our best to accomodate your busy schedule, but if we missed the mark on that I do apologize. I did leave you a voicemail regarding the inspection sticker as I want to get that handled right away. We are happy to come pick up the vehicle and bring back to you once that is complete. I do not want you to be inconvenienced in any way, so if you would like to call me back to schedule a good time for that, please do. I am also available to discuss any other concerns you have.
