Was charged $170 diagnostic fee even though contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Received vehicle back in worse working condition than when I brought it in, leakin contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Received vehicle back in worse working condition than when I brought it in, leaking break fluid everywhere. They tried to charge me $2400+ for repair. Went to auto zone and bought $200 worth of parts and fixed it myself. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this company and paid them in full. A 24 year customer, but I will never return. More

I had an emergency warranty repair that my regular dealer couldn’t do for a week. I went to McFarland on a long shot to see how f they could help me. A day later they temp fixed the issue and the day after couldn’t do for a week. I went to McFarland on a long shot to see how f they could help me.
