Had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2024 Ford Timberline. Not only was the entire staff at Rochester Ford wonderful I had asked the sales manager to please change the oil in the car before I left Timberline. Wasn’t quite sure how long the car was sitting on the lot. In any event they gladly changed the oil for my 1500 mi trip to Ft Myers. Wonderful dealership !!! More

Brought my vehicle in for inspection of a warrantied repair and while I was waiting for the result, they told me the part was in stock and they could do it on the spot. Gave me a ride back to my work a repair and while I was waiting for the result, they told me the part was in stock and they could do it on the spot. Gave me a ride back to my work and delivered the vehicle to me afterwards. I can 't complain about this level of customer service! More

The purchase of my new F350 was the best dealership experience I have had. Salesman Connor and Sales Manager Matt were great. Jason, Frank and all the service team are very helpful.
