Matt K made the experience positive for us. He listened to our needs and understood what we were looking for and didn’t try to upsell. We got exactly what we wanted. He listened to our needs and understood what we were looking for and didn’t try to upsell. We got exactly what we wanted. More
The issue I had with my vehicle was resolved the first time, but the billing and financing of the repair was all messed up. I was charged for a core that I wasn't supposed to be , it did get taken off of time, but the billing and financing of the repair was all messed up. I was charged for a core that I wasn't supposed to be , it did get taken off of the bill when I mentioned it and I was charged sales tax for service in the state of NH, also was taken care of but in this day and age the average consumer probably doesn't know what a core charge is and a lot of consumers don't look over their billing statements they just trust that it was done right by the company. I noticed these charges after I had arrived at my house and had some time to look over the statement, I first saw the sales tax and gave a call about that, they said they would look into it and told me hold on one second put me on hold and the call disconnected not sure on whose end but it it doesn't matter. I called back and as I was waiting for an answer that's when I noticed the core charge, I told them I was waiting to hear about the sales tax but I wanted to ask about the core charge. I asked what was wrong with the steering rack that the core could not be returned they said they would have to look into it and the call ended. I needed this straightened out so I drove back down to the dealership and as soon as I walked in I was told oh we figured it out and fixed it. Why was I not called back? They did take the time to straighten everything out for me which I did appreciate and they straightened out the financing I had for the repair, which I was happy about. But why was the sales tax generated in the first place it should never have been on there not for a dealer in NH and being charged for a core that I shouldn't have been makes me question the integrity of the company because I am sure I'm not the only one billed for the core and then parts will send back the core and it's a double dip of money for the dealership. I was although less then impressed when I had asked about financing my repair since I knew it was going to be costly and they gladly pointed out the finance program told me to scan the QR code and follow the application. I filled it out and when I returned I was approved for financing but I had received an email from the finance company that I would complete the process at the dealership. We fast forward to the day I go to get my car I show up get my total and I informed them that I used the finance company, this is where it went down hill nobody seemed to know how the financing worked. I cant imagine I am the only one who has used this option to pay for their repairs. I had to go sit with who I would assume was the service manager and he had no clue about it either and that became a whole ordeal where he had to call the company and look at my email from them and he was trying to figure out numbers and it was just not a good look to offer something and have no clue or about it. I am how ever greatful that they did figure it out. More
