Was charged $170 diagnostic fee even though contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Received vehicle back in worse working condition than when I brought it in, leakin contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Went to auto zone and bought $200 worth of parts and fixed it myself. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this company and paid them in full. A 24 year customer, but I will never return. More
