Our salesperson Brooke was amazing! We drove 1.5 hrs from Boston after talking with over a dozen dealerships since we felt Brooke was very honest and up front with the negotiations. Good service, 1 complaint when vehicle was done they did not pay attention enough to the phone number. Found out my car had been sitting there for a few days completed. We have an area code close to the 603 and I specifically said please pay attention to that area code number 605, but as usual no attenton to detail and for 3 days I could have had my vehicle back. I made an appointment to establish car care. When I walked in, I was very happily surprised and warmly greeted by Frank, who worked used to work in York! I had no idea he worked for McFarland!
