Yes only based on previous experience with the Service Department. I was in for an oil change, etc. I also asked for an update on my request for a quote on front sensors. When my car was completed ther Department. I was in for an oil change, etc. I also asked for an update on my request for a quote on front sensors. When my car was completed there was no mention of my request, in addition, the windshield wiper fluid went in empty (light was on); and it was not refilled. I thought that was odd. More

Purchased an f150 through Robbie. He made sure I was happy with the purchase and wanted to make sure I got all the features I wanted. Just before driving off I noticed a small chip in rear door and the manager came out and said he would get it into the body shop as soon as possible and give me a loaner. They had my truck fixed as good as new in a week. I will purchase from McFarland again. More
