I had my car serviced 3 times since October when I got it per the plan I purchased they also include a multipoint inspection air filters cabin filter etc. however I never had an issue until I had a feeling n per the plan I purchased they also include a multipoint inspection air filters cabin filter etc. however I never had an issue until I had a feeling nothing was properly looked over filter wise in my vehicle the cabin filter I had to pull and check myself do to a funky smell when I turned my ac on at this point when I replaced my filter that was well over due and should of been checked I had a nose coming from the blower motor I bring it in and wouldn’t you know it crap from the filter was in it causing a noise. I brought the issue to the service writer and he admits and apologizes for the inconvenience after I explained how unhappy I was nothing was done properly inspecting components and still tries to charge me a half hour later almost $100 I had no problem paying but I believed I should of had to pay full price of that labor for something that wasn’t checked as it was said the past 3 times it was serviced the service writer very unprofessional in compromising with me on a solution. He aggressively rips the work order away from me slams my key on the counter and says that I am f*ing ridiculous as I was leaving I turned back and said to and asked what did u say to me and he repeated himself but corrected without swearing I have never expected to be treated so poorly as a first time customer of this family hopefully this is the first and last time I get treated in a downing way by someone who should can not handle a unhappy customer I was frustrated yes however his demeanor twords ME not him trying to compromise. More
