Mark I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience on your recent service. As you stated several days later you noticed a loose end cap on your running board and brought it to our attention that it might or might not have happened in our possession. As per our discussion this will 100% be taken care of whether the damaged happened here or else wear. McFarland Ford will stop at nothing to assure EVERY customer has an outstanding experience.

I like how you say I came back several days later. I picked up my truck on late Monday when I picked up my truck I should have looked over my truck before taken it. I am on vacation so I drove right back to my place and parked my truck tue I went out for the day and when I returned back home I walked by my truck and noticed that there was something wrong with end cap. So on wed I went back to your dealership and I am 200% sure it was done there my truck is perfect nothing out of place but instead of you guys taken ownership I get a rude person to argue with me and call customer crazy. But I guess that’s how your owners run there business so I know to stay away.
