There is NO service anywhere compared to this dealership. Jason also had to support a tire change via ARI who resist the dealers requests. I have seen Service staff with other customers and they really care; ie sitting with the older customers in the waiting area to "Counsel" them on their car's problem. They know us by name. The sales guys are not pushy at all and respect boundaries. I would buy from them today if I needed a car. My car is always been a lease, for now, multiple vehicles since 2000. They are the best. They know my father and the mileage on his truck and appreciate the customers-Thank you Frank the Service Manager Nice Work. I wish i needed a Ford Fiesta because I would buy it just based on the Service Department. Thank you Jason for asking me about my new Escape. They are well aware of the challenges all of us face with the economy, and they look for ways to keep my current Ford vehicle, a 1987 F-150, serviced and do it with an eye on the overall expense. The care I receive is personalized. Working with service adviser, Jason Lee, for the past few years, I always feel welcome when I come through the door and treated fairly when I leave. I have over 265,000 mile in the car and it runs great. This is due to the quality work done here. The Staff is great to deal with,(they know me by first name). The mechanics all seem to know there stuff. If I had any problems they were always deal with to my satisfaction. I again recommend this Dealership Highly. More

Whether buying a new car or returning for service, McFarland Ford always exceeds my expectations. For example, the sales staff always demonstrates a willingness to provide a competitive price on the McFarland Ford always exceeds my expectations. I don't think it's well known, but they will definitely beat the price of some of the dealers who claim to sell for less and with no frills. Just give McFarland the opportunity. The service staff is also very professional and completes all the required work on schedule and at a fair price. I've never felt that the service department is attempting to take advantage of their customers or is pushing their customers to have work completed that's not necessary. They're always helpful and honest - and as long as that continues - I plan on bringing my business to McFarland Ford. More
I don’t like the hassles of a long drawn out sales transaction. When I know what I like and what I can pay I don’t want to be pressured or talked into the vehicle. We were able to come to a deal quickly and within my budget and for the vehicle I wanted. Some work needed to be done to the breaks which the service department did with no issues. More
I'm very happy to have just ordered a 2012 Ford F-150 Ecoboost Lariat from McFarland Ford. I'm trading in a Toyota Tundra when it arrives. The Ford F-150 Ecoboost is by far the best full size truck out Ecoboost Lariat from McFarland Ford. I'm trading in a Toyota Tundra when it arrives. The Ford F-150 Ecoboost is by far the best full size truck out there and I did my research. These guys have been great. They understand that it is a big investment and treat you like a customer. I dealt with Chris and Mark and they treated me fair on both my trade and the new vehicle price. Sue McFarland introduced herself and also knew about my special order and took a genuine interest in getting me what I want. I would highly recommend going here versus the larger more impersonal dealerships. I also hear that their service department is the best in the area which is important. More
McFarland Ford is the ONLY auto dealership that my family will deal with. Frank Montmarquet is an exceptional employee and McFarland Ford would be completely lost without him. I have always said that I would rather get all of my teeth pulled instead of purchasing a car. Just something that I always thought I hated to do: the drama, negotiating, etc. But when a friend referred us to McFarland years ago I went, with hesitation. I warned them that I was a hard nut to crack and the treated me with the respect that I, as well as any other consumer deserves. No butt kissing, just honest service. To date we have purchased 2 vehicles (we keep them for a long time because MF's service department is wonderful with preventative maintenance), my mom has purchased one vehicle and we have referred at least 15 people to them. We are all very happy and feel secure that they will always be there for us. Thank you Frank for always taking such good care of us. Your professionalism, knowledge and friendship are valued more than you will ever know. More
