MacFarland Ford is just a really great place to do busines. The coffee is always fresh, the people are wonderful, low key, not pushing and always helpful, even when I really am not thinking. I have purchased several cars here and found them to be fair. In addition I get my service on both my Ford vehicles done here regularly and they stay on top of my needs without recomending what I call "fl fair. Service Dept is friendly, professional, and efficient. I am always treated respectfully and given a thorough explanation of all work performed and possible work needed in the future. I have never had to bring my vehicle back for the same issue a second time. I often book my appointments online and appreciate that convenience. I always recommend the service dept to others and wouldn't consider taking my vehicles anywhere else. I own three Fords and have been a sales, service, and body shop customer for over 15 years. The Body Shop is also excellent to work with. I recently had a vehicle repaired after an accident. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the time that it took to complete the repairs. I really appreciated the body shop calling me with updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair. They were honest and helpful. More
I purchased a new 2010 F150 from Mcfarland Ford this past April. I can't say enough about the ownership / customer service. I went into many dealerships, including Portsmouth Ford, and McFarland blew them out of the water. Portsmouth couldn't have cared less about whether I bought or walked. McFarland had a staff of people who were knowledgeable, reasonable and not trying to shove something down my throat. Most of all they were just nice people who were willing to go out of their way to find answers for me. THey took care of all my financing and helping me build the custom truck I wanted. Great place. Will continue to keep going back. More
I was very surprised when I visited McFarland Ford. The sales person Bill Kestner was "Great". Went there and had a nice salesperson. Cant remember his name. Anyway, nice guy, then I met the sales "manager" and I use that term loosely. What a jerk. He was rude condenscending and argumentative. WOuld not even look at my trade until I committed to purchasing his overpriced Ford. Told him I would not commit to anything and he walked away and I walked out, never to go back to that place again. Too bad that the salesman that I dealt with at the beginning has to have some idiot ruin a potential sale. But went out to another dealership, had a GREAt experience at Team Nissan in Manchester and bought a car there. More
Friendly, low-pressure, genuinely nice folks. They had the exact car we wanted (Fusion Hybrid), patiently answered all our questions (and we had a lot, considering it's a hybrid), and let us go on a long the exact car we wanted (Fusion Hybrid), patiently answered all our questions (and we had a lot, considering it's a hybrid), and let us go on a long test drive to really get a feel for the way the car drove. I have used this Ford Dealership for sales and service since 1986. Have always felt that we have been treated fairly. I have not had to used the body shop yet, but would feel comfortable doing so should the need arise. More
We have had a Great shopping experience for a new vehicle at McFarland Ford in Exeter, NH. The Salesman was just so friendly and jovial. Never once did we feel pressured at all. We went for a test drive and I even drove while my husband sat in the back. Tom explained a lot of the features of the vehicle. We have a Sirius Radio so one of Tom's first questions was what kind of music did I prefer. This vehicle was a demo used by Management so, we REALLY GOT a TERRIFIC BUY. But, there were not any mudflaps so we had them put on. The Service Dept was absolutely the best. Frankie, the Service Dept Manager, had the mudflaps ordered and on it no time at all. Everyone was just the friendliest. We soon began to feel like part of the McFarland Family. We would certainly recommend McFarland Ford to anyone, No Doubt About It. Just tell them Johnny and Diane sent you and I know you too will be as happy with McFarland Ford as we are. More
