The Body Shop is also excellent to work with. I recently had a vehicle repaired after an accident. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the time that it took to complete the repairs. McFarland had a staff of people who were knowledgeable, reasonable and not trying to shove something down my throat. Most of all they were just nice people who were willing to go out of their way to find answers for me. THey took care of all my financing and helping me build the custom truck I wanted. Great place. Went there and had a nice salesperson. Cant remember his name. Anyway, nice guy, then I met the sales "manager" and I use that term loosely. What a jerk. He was rude condenscending and argumentative. WOuld not even look at my trade until I committed to purchasing his overpriced Ford. Told him I would not commit to anything and he walked away and I walked out, never to go back to that place again. Too bad that the salesman that I dealt with at the beginning has to have some idiot ruin a potential sale. But went out to another dealership, had a GREAt experience at Team Nissan in Manchester and bought a car there. More
