This dealership sold an elderly woman on disability $2K OVER KBB, the car was driven under 400 miles and broke down now needing a new transmission that is almost what she paid for the car. I asked the owner (Rusty) if there was anything that could be done to help her get a running vehicle, he said they would consider paying a percentage of the repair. So I called back to let him know the price we were quoted and he now says he won’t help fix this situation. He did leave a reply to my Google review where he lied and said they would repair it. Sir, if that was the offer I wouldn’t be leaving this review! Do BETTER! She’s stuck without a car AND money because of this situation. Rusty, we’ll take you up on your offer”offer” from your Google response, do what you said!! Do NOT recommend this dealership for the way this situation has been (not) handled. More
The dealership knew we were coming to see the vehicle for two days; we drove 3 hours to check it out and it was FILTHY, the bumper was unattached and when asked about it, was told 'the body person must have two days; we drove 3 hours to check it out and it was FILTHY, the bumper was unattached and when asked about it, was told 'the body person must have forgotten a clip' and 'well, it is a used car'. I was appalled that a car was presented in such a flawed manner when we came, check in hand. When the sales manager came to talk to us and we share there were crayons and spilled food all over the back seat pockets and the car made a clunking noise when we turned it, he stated, 'sounds like this isn't the car for you'. Didn't even attempt to work with us or show us another vehicle. Luckly, another dealership worked with us and we found a better car at a lower price. More
I purchased a used Nissan from out of state and initially spoke with Rusty, but ended up speaking with Kyle, Steve and Brian all of whom seem to help the other out. Rusty went right out and filmed a video of the truck outside and inside as well as with it running. We came to an agreement on price quickly, there were no shenanigan's, dealer add-ons or anything. Just the price + TTL and they assisted with getting it on the trailer with the shipper I sourced. I had it in Texas in a couple of days. Truck was just as shown. No weird smells or surprises. I'm very happy with the McFadden team as a whole. More

Highly disappointed I highly regret ever going to McFadden’s friendly motors!!! Being a new mother, looking for a safe vehicle and being to trusting. It started off with I highly regret ever going to McFadden’s friendly motors!!! Being a new mother, looking for a safe vehicle and being to trusting. It started off with them having me sign in the co-signer spot and when i questioned it they stated “oh, don’t worry about that because it doesn’t actually matter where you sign”, then a few days later they stated they needed a new copy of my social security card because they didn’t “have a clear copy” and that i could just send a picture of it to them. A week later i tried to make my car payment and the loan agency had NO account for me and when i called mcfaddens they claimed that it was correct and that no account was created because they sent my BIRTHDATE in as my SSN! And they tried to make it sound like it wasn’t a big deal and said that it happens at least 2 times a month!! At that time they stated that they told the loan agency to take the payment out of mcfaddens account and made me write out a check to mcfaddens to “reimburse them” for making my payment and so i did which I later found out that they did not pay until i was 20 days late which means they lied about paying and took my money when there was no account. Sadly the stress continued when a couple weeks later they called me again and stated that the loan agency was able to run my correct ssn and that the entire contract i had was void and that i had to come sign a new contract with a different interest rate, less months to pay off, and a higher monthly payment. When i told them i was not signing anything else they continued to text and call me trying to bribe me by offering to fill my tank and when i quit replying they started offering a $100 gas card to come sign the new contract because I’ve had to make a half hour drive every time they found another error. Then out of nowhere they text me saying how they “bent over backwards” for me and got the original contract “pushed through” after i told them i did not want the car anymore and they stated “well there’s nothing i can do about that.” They also reran my credit at that time with no consent from me. Now it’s 2 months after i signed the original contract and i got a letter stating that my gap coverage had been canceled and when i called they stated that mcfaddens cancelled it on April 11 and called back to reinstate it on April 12. I asked what would have made them cancel it and they said the only reason would be if i requested to cancel it or if i refinanced the vehicle which i did not either. Mcfaddens is nothing but a scam and they did a lot of fraudulent actions with me when all i tried to do was get a vehicle that fit my family’s needs that was in my budget More
The Owner is a Jerk! I am disgusted in our experience at McFadden's "Friendly" Motors. I found the owner to be everything EXCEPT friendly and could not trust a word out of the Sales Manager's mouth after lying to my face about a mistake rather than owning up to her own human error. I highly discourage anyone from shopping or buying with McFadden's. More

Salesman Aaron was great to work with and we settled on everything via email. Never talked to him .Very convienent and he was very responsive. The day before I purchased it, I found out that the vehicle had 5,000 more miles than advertised. They knocked off a little money because of it. I wasn't too worried because it was factory certified and had an additional 3 month/3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty with an additional 24 month/40,000 mile powerful warranty. After signing the paperwork, they tell me that it does not qualify for it because of an open recall they couldn't get parts for. Truck also had front end work done that was found after I got home that included paint. Pictures on internet listing don't show the misaligned bumper. Must've happened in their possession. They said it had a clean Carfax, but obviously wasn't inspected well. I take a little blame for having my new-to-me vehicle blinders on. Dealership did work out a few issues after the sale which is why they got 2 stars instead of one .Finance guy was extremely condescending. Definitely will not be going back .Dealer stops communication when they are called out on stuff. Friendly, maybe. Easy to work with, nope. More
