I've had multiple bad experiences with this dealership when it comes to the service department. For scheduled appointments my truck isn't their #1 priority fir an 830 am schedule appointment fir a simple when it comes to the service department. For scheduled appointments my truck isn't their #1 priority fir an 830 am schedule appointment fir a simple oil change the service advisor tells me it'll take a couple hours at 1150 I have to call back twice only to be told we have no idea what status you truck is at we will call you back only to be told uh we could have it done by 2pm... this os for an oil change?! Why waste my time... I took my truck here for repairs as well only to he told we are awaiting parts, we can't get to it yet etc when it was a scheduled appointment and im the one reaching out to them not vice versa they are always too busy to be bothered with me. I would get it if I dropped off my vehicle randomly to them but not when we schedule a time. Take your vehicle somewhere else... get better service elsewhere More

We worked with Ty and he couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. We live a good 45+ minutes away from the dealership- he met us at my husbands office to do the paperwork on Friday, the car wasn’t quit more helpful. Drove down from Charlotte to buy a Camaro SS found it to not be on the lot because one of the managers is driving it like it’s a rental and he had it at his house.
