Tommy was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles available for sale. I appreciated his working to obtain the best possible purchase arrangements available. I will highly recommend him to my friends. Terry provided a most excellent technology overview of the vehicle in both a personal and expert manner. This is my third vehicle purchased at this dealership and continue to find it family and service oriented. I have already and will continue to recommend it to my friends and colleagues. I am also looking forward to working again with Jennifer Crank for my vehicle service needs. More
They suck in every way fast to get you to sighn papers and tke your money!!! It's like pulling teeth to get anything done after that...always get an answering machine..no return calls..takes weeks to get and tke your money!!! I recently bought a 2017 F 150 from this dealership, I paid cash $33,000 with four year extended warranty Love the truck however I bought it back in March 14, 2023 they have yet been able to get me a Titl paid cash $33,000 with four year extended warranty Love the truck however I bought it back in March 14, 2023 they have yet been able to get me a Title for the vehicle I have been out there on numerous occasions I ha They have even offered to give me money back for the vehicle, which I don't I have been dealing with Andy Dubose and it always the same run around. I want the title and tags to my truck, they always have an excuse and ignore me after I have been there saying they will call back, it is just another ploy to divert your attention , they act like spending $33,000 is nothing but to me that's a good chunk of my savings.. Beware of this dealership they don't tell the truth and really don't try to work with you. I am a 77 year old Retire Navy Veteran 3 tours in Viet Nam and have never been so disappointed in n the courtesy that is shown to Vets. Yet they fly the Big Flag wanting you to believe were here to help Veterans This is pure BS they sold me a truck without having a tittle in hand, sounds like a very underhanded deal. I truly believe you deal with nothing but wind bags More
The people at the dealership were nice. The buying experience was good until. The car we bought was taken for a test drive on a cold day. So the air conditioner in the car was not checked. A day or so later the temperature was warmer so we turned on the air conditioner to find out it didn’t work. We contacted the dealership. They inspected it to say they would charge $1200 to fix it. To me they should repair the car that was purchased a just a couple of days ago but they aren’t. So with that said. This is what is wrong in this world. A multi million dollar company will not man up and do the right thing for the little guy. It all about greed. No plans to ever purchase from them again and would advise anyone else that may be considering them to understand how they operate. More

I have received the WORST service ever! The service department has terrible communication, were rude and it was close to a year and still don't have everything resolved. Even though I paid for extra service because it is a teenagers car, I will never bring his car back there for so much as an oil change. If I could give them negative stars I would! More

After multiple misleading comments and half xxx repairs with pencil wiped services I stopped taking my vehicle to them. Think anyone who comes here to write a review also file a complaint with GM. This dealership deserves to be demoted and to lose business. When I buy a new 2023 Denali it won't be from them. Even the purchase of the truck was insulting and unpleasant. If they would fire xxxx bags it might send a message. But they don't. Btw I'm getting the leaking back window fixed again for the 4 time at Baker Buick GMC. They don't want to deal with customers who call them out on their xxxxxxxx and hold their feet to the fire. I shouldn't have to do that over and over. Yall are lucky I don't list every single thing you did wrong here. More
Worst mistake that I ever made was buying a truck from here. The truck that I wanted was no longer there so they talked me into a bottom line truck at the top price. What a rip off!!! Non-communicative. Internet sales passes to car sales and no one responds. You call and speak to a salesman to clarify what your seeing on line and they do nothing. I suppose if you buying from out of state there doesn’t have to be any customer service at this dealership. I hope it is better for the folks who buy and live locally. As a manager of a large team in my business I would have a serious come to “do you still want a job” discussion with this sales team. More
