I'd rate the Mcdonaugh lady herself working in Service Dept. five stars however between the poor or lack of thereof customer service and satisfaction brought on by waiting an hour and than some for a sche Dept. five stars however between the poor or lack of thereof customer service and satisfaction brought on by waiting an hour and than some for a scheduled appointment, dealing with another Service Dept "employee" (Jessice Thompson) who just excubrates positive customer service and impact, than to the actual garage workers..all in all..I'd make the hour and than some that it took to actually service my vehicle and drive else where for a better service and experience. Back in the 90ies, this place stood for something and demonstrated that. I'm not sure if it's lack of vaules or qualified competent workers, but bring back those days of Reese and Tony and clean up what you got down there now. Sadly dissatisfied. More
