I have dealt with McDonough Toyota for 20 yrs and this was the first time with Bill as my former sales person retired. My boyfriend and I recently visited McDonough Toyota to purchase a Tacoma. My boyfriend had been working with Brandon on the phone about the possibilites of trading in and getting things squared away, for purchase a Tacoma. When arriving to the dealership, we were instantly greeted by Bill, and made to feel welcome. While on the test drive, we spoke to Brandon about the possibility of trading in my SUV to get something easier on gas, but still spacious. While they were finishing up my boyfriends paperwork, Bill and Brandon helped me find a car that I was interested in and that I could afford. Tonight, we are traveling back to purchase the Prius. I highly recommend this dealership. They were kind, respectful, willing to work with what you need as a customer, and most of all they made us feel like family, by taking the time to talk to us.
