The commercial was spot on, I am so glad we called. Jimmy Thompson answered the phone on our first inquiry so we continued to work with him throughout the buying process. "Coach" provided wonderful customer service as we traded our current vehicle for a new SUV. Just out looking My wife and I stopped by McDonough "Toyota for a "look around". We own a 2000 Avalon and love it. As we entered we were approached by Tim Bruff, a new sales person who showed us two cars. Within two hours, we purchased our second Avalon from Tim. Tim was very patient and helpful. he answered all of our questions and showed all features on the interior and exterior of the 2014 Avalon. We have done business with McDonough in the past and have been treated very well. Great Service! While on vacation in the Shenandoah National Park, our 4Runner started acting odd, suddenly jerking for a few seconds with a warning chime going off. While on vacation in the Shenandoah National Park, our 4Runner started acting odd, suddenly jerking for a few seconds with a warning chime going off. We were able to reach our accommodations in the park, and the next day we started home via Staunton to have the vehicle checked out at McDonough Toyota before heading back to South Carolina. (We decided to go to McDonough because of great reviews that we had read online the night before.) When we got to the dealership, a very nice and friendly young lady named Acie in the service department explained they had several cars ahead of us, and it would be a couple of hours before they could check out our 4Runner. Acie suggested a couple of places within walking distance nearby to have lunch, and after we returned from lunch, they took the car right away, ran computer diagnostics and road tested it. Nothing was found wrong from the computer scan or road test, and they did not charge us anything for checking out our vehicle! We made it back home to SC without any problems at all! We are very thankful to Acie and the technician who checked out our car at McDonough Toyota! We would use them for our service needs if we lived closer! We really appreciate their help and the peace of mind that their taking the the time to check out our 4Runner gave us for the trip home! Thank you, McDonough Toyota!
