I had it towed to McDonough in Staunton. When they opened for business on Monday morning they took my van immediately in to evaluate the situation. Was happy to learn from their service rep that the repair was fully covered under a previous Toyota recall notice. Their mechanic had the job done in less than 1 hr and even cleaned off the excess oil under the chassis for me! Very happy with this shop. To Lyle, Acey and Ryan you guys run an amazing shop and you treated me like a was a valued local customer even though I'm from Yorktown, VA. I appreciate the exceptional service you provided!
