Horrible experience. David had horrible customer service. I contacted about a vehicle on their website. David’s exact words were “…it has not been cleaned detailed or through the shop yet so it is not ready for sale at this time" I went back and forth with David over 11 days via email and kept asking when it would be available. He kept saying it was still in the shop. Next thing I know, the car gets sold out from underneath me before I even got a chance to look at it. Not sure how a car that is "... not ready for sale at this time" can be sold before I was even told it was ready. Shady salesman tactics. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Took my vehicle in for evap leak repair. ..they replaced a hose and turned off the check engine light. Drove 15 miles and light came back on with same code. Called service and they told me they would have to charge me to bring it back in to look at it. They took $300 and screwed up the diagnosis. Had they done it right, they would have smoke tested the system...found the leak, repaired it and run an evap test to make sure the leak was fixed. The fact that they wanted to charge me to bring it in again to look at it just disgusts me. Never again will I use Mcdonough Toyota. If you screw up, you make it right. It's all about the money for them.....never again More

When the request was fulfilled, he went over my order with me to make sure that it included all the accessories I had requested, and removed the items I did not desire. I made some very specific delivery preparation requests, and he made sure that they were all accommodated. When delivery day came, he made the process as stress free as possible and handled my unique situation with attentiveness. As concerned as I was about issues coming up (I wasn't present for delivery), he made sure that everything was set for a smooth and trouble free transaction. I can't wait to recommend Chris to anyone wanting a new Toyota! More

He earned our trust, we truly believe he is working in our best interests to find us the best vehicle for the best price. We've sent a few people his way and they were all very happy with the experience. We can highly recommend Dave. The whole dealership feels like a laid-back, good-ol' country store where you feel comfortable and everyone's friendly. There's no men in white shirts and tie running after you on the parking lot. Very pleasant atmosphere, hard to find in today's day and age. Their finance guy Dustin always work his best to find us a better deal than our local bank can offer. He is very easy to work with, no pressure, very respectful. I know all this sounds quite unusual when you describe a car dealership and a car salesman but this IS the best place to buy a car that we found. And Dave is by far the nicest guy you can work with when you are looking for a vehicle. Thank you again, Dave. p.s. After arrival, there was an unforeseen condition snag that the weather had likely obscured. Rick rushed it to a body shop to remedy the issue in about 1 1/2 hour. They honored their word and "phone" representation of the car. I will return to McDonough and refer friends to Chris Lint. More
