First visit. The service advisor was professional and pleasant in listening to my requests. She kept me updated during the service completion. After payment I received a copy of my bill, no information like what the recall actually was that was addressed. No reason for brake fluid exchange, so I called Nissan USA, only to be told that I had obviously been taken and offered to allow me to make a complaint. My reply was no, I wanted to at least give the dealership an opportunity to make this right first. My brother-in-law checked under my car just to see if the brake lines had been bled, the seals were in place so the lines had not been touched. Seems odd that the brake fluid from the factory would be bad in a new vehicle. More

Disappointed I purchased my vehicle brand new and have had my car serviced at Nissan ever since 2016. I did switch to another Nissan due to receiving bad service b I purchased my vehicle brand new and have had my car serviced at Nissan ever since 2016. I did switch to another Nissan due to receiving bad service but I decided to give McDonough Nissan another chance. I was wrong. It's amazing how you can value a customer to purchase the vehicle but once the sale is complete and the first 6 months are done then the valued customer does not exist. I had my vehicle serviced for oil change 12/21/18. A 12 point inspection was done. When the service advisor Orlando told me that the vehicle was done he mentioned that my battery was low. I asked how long would the battery have left to operate. He stated he didn't know, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, maybe next month. I asked again is it soon, do I have time at least two weeks he stated yes. On 12/22/18 after going to a department store with my grand children ages 2 & 6 the car did not start. One day after the car was at Nissan. It took 4 hours to get back up and running. I will not recommend McDonough Nissan to anyone for any reason. The concern for a valued customer is no longer present, what ever happened to treating a customer who has purchased and does business with the company as part of the family. Not at this place. I will take the McDonough Nissan name off my car and my license cover. Good bye More
