Worst customer service I’ve ever had when dealing with Hyundai dealers. I made an appointment to install a seat harness on Mon October 7th 9:00. My car was parked on Monday and wasn’t touched again until Hyundai dealers. I made an appointment to install a seat harness on Mon October 7th 9:00. My car was parked on Monday and wasn’t touched again until Fri the 11th. That’s 5 days without a vehicle, and I don’t have a 2nd car. They call me Sat and I was told they had the wrong part. Would have to order the driver side seat. So it’s 6 days and they do nothing. I called my service adviser Kimberly twice on Thursday and Friday. She never called me back or texted me with a vehicle status as I requested. Since I got no response from Kimberly by Friday, I called and asked for the service manager, also on Friday. Receptionist checked with Steve the new service manager, and was told that he’s busy with another client, and he’ll Bacall me back. Never heard from him either. Their next communication with me was Sat morning. The assistant to Kimberly called me , only to tell me my car was not ready because they got the wrong parts. So to make matters worse they kept my car for 6 days, and did Nothing. Why do I have to bring my vehicle in 5 days before they even touch it. This is like my 3rd time experiencing the same scheduling issue. Bring it in and we’ll just have it sit for days. Total disregard for their customer. And on top of that was told they don’t have loaner cars. I have owned at least 4 Hyundai’s and never have I experienced such horrible customer service. My next vehicle will not be a Hyundai. More
I recently moved to GA and was looking for a new dealership. McDonough was the 2nd one that I tried. I think I've found the dealership that I'm going to stick with. The facilities are very clean, the coffee and snacks are always available & what I like most is that you can look into the service area and actually see your car being worked. I'm very protective of my baby and this was a big plus for me. I've only dealt with Jake but everyone seems very nice. Jake has been very helpful, even when a mistake was made, he totally owned up to it and went far and beyond to make amends. The accountability factor wins people over, it certainly did with me. More
