Leonard was polite, respectful, and helpful. Having the maintenance service done took 3 hours, instead of the under 2 hrs I was told when I made the appointment. It wasn’t a problem for me as Having the maintenance service done took 3 hours, instead of the under 2 hrs I was told when I made the appointment. It wasn’t a problem for me as A driver took me to a nearby shopping center where I shopped and had lunch, and then he came and picked me up when the car was ready. This wasn’t Leonard’s fault though, but a scheduling glitch. He was extremely pleasant. More
We’re not able to provide fix for wireless charger problem. They told me it needed a fuse. I called a week later and was told the fuse was on back order. I went online and found the solution.
