I realize they are short staffed and I'm told that parts are taking longer than usual pretty much at most dealerships--so I'm patient. I think under such extreme lengthy time to complete the repairs, Service Manager Luis just may work with me to get a loaner car. I will update as I get more detail and see how effective they are in repairs and customer service. More

There was an error in my repair request but Travis, the service Advisor, quickly found the error, corrected it and kindly made the proper adjustments. Travis made my experience at the Dealership pleasant a service Advisor, quickly found the error, corrected it and kindly made the proper adjustments. I brought my car in to find the problem and I still have a problem. No one could tell me what is wrong with it. They just assumed it was a remote start problem because it was aftermarket. I took it back to a problem. No one could tell me what is wrong with it. They just assumed it was a remote start problem because it was aftermarket.
