My service person, Kimberly was outstanding! She was prompt, efficient, and caring. I gave the dealership a 4 rating only because I wanted the vehicle driven to determine for sure what was wrong She was prompt, efficient, and caring. I waited for my car to be serviced for over 3 hours. After checking twice to see what was the timeframe would be was told they were waiting on a part.
