First of all even though I was sent my appointment arrival time, in my brain it was 2 hours earlier. The person who checked me in was kind and reassuring that I would be taken care of. There was also a very kind gentleman who came around checking one everyone and offering snacks....classy!!! The facility as usual was clean and inviting. Customer service top notch. I have nothing but good praises for this establishment and will always return. More

The experience was pretty decent this go around. I much better experience then when it first opened. Something very unusual happened at the dealership when I took my brand NEW 2024 SUV into the dealership for service on a slow air leak coming from one of my tires on my truck with 5023 mile on it....I came took my brand NEW 2024 SUV into the dealership for service on a slow air leak coming from one of my tires on my truck with 5023 mile on it....I came in and explained that I had to air the one tire every 3 days and could not find a nail or something in the tire, so I thought it was a leak in the tire stem but as it turns out, it wasn't, it was a nail. And I was looking from a distance and could not hear the tech and the rep that did then intake of my truck but once it was all done, the fix was complimentary and that has never before. I thanked Luis and will be a Mcdonough customer for a long time and Kyis did not flaunt the gesture, just did it. More
