McDonough Hyundai is the very "Best Hyundai Dealership". The staff was very welcoming, courtesy and politie. The customer waiting area was very clean and neat. While I waited for my car being service, I had an option to watch television in the Waiting Area or I could have sat in the Canteen Area and have a snack from the Snack Vending Machine or have a cup free coffee or tea while I charged my cellphone or get work done on my laptop. The atmosphere was a quite area to work. I was notified consistently as to how much time I had to wait for having vehicle serviced. Walking into this place is like walking into a den of vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He did not honor the price of a new vehicle in vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He did not honor the price of a new vehicle in spite of consumer protection laws against deceptive advertising. He claimed he knows the law but that's laughable especially since he tried to charge me a doc fee when the dealers website says that the doc fee was included in the sales price. He doesn't even know what is on their own website, so you expect me to believe you know consumer laws? I'm still shaking my head at this guy lol. Very unprofessional for a sales manager. Not only did they lose out on a new car sale they also lost a customer who got his own Hyundai serviced at this dealership. I would stay as far away from this dealership as you can. Based on their reviews I should have as well. More
