2 hour wait after deal was made to close deal. Was told that the free oil changes were included for free. Found out later that this was an add on package we actually paid for costing us $1,000. Seemed to be a deceptive way to place an add on package when we clearly explained we did not want any add on packages at all. Dan was a great salesman though. Can't say enough about him! More
