Going to a car dealership is generally a dreadful experience but from my initial inquiry to the finance office every person I came in contact with here was a breath of fresh air. My sales agents Kyle and Quintin were transparent, knowledgeable, and did business in a way that was both fun and respectful. They were responsive, followed up, and made sure I had everything I needed. The finance officer Ken was on top of things I was in and out quickly, he explained things I needed more clarity on, answered questions I had, and the entire process really respected my time. I even got a personal follow up from the manager to make sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have any outstanding questions. There's a reason the reviews are as good as they are.
