I was highly disappointed in my service with Hyundai. After purchasing a new vehicle with you guys, I expected more from you all when I brought my vehicle in to be serviced. I bought a 2024 Santa Fe from this dealership in April. It has been back at the dealership for TWO months now for an issue that was supposed to take 3 days to fix! I have only heard from the service team one time and that was on 8/15. My app shows me when the doors are open, the car is running, etc. and the last notification I got was over a week ago! I am so disappointed and frustrated in the customer service! It has been HORRIBLE! Trust me! Do not give McDonough Hyundai your business! More

Craig was absolutely wonderful! Me and my husband had him repeat different specs of vehicles (Santa Fe and palisade) probably 10 times and he was always pleasant in repeating himsel Me and my husband had him repeat different specs of vehicles (Santa Fe and palisade) probably 10 times and he was always pleasant in repeating himself and never annoyed or angry. He was not pushy which was greatly appreciated because the whole car buying process made me very anxious. I was super nervous to have to test drive it with a sales person in the car but with him I was at ease and completely comfortable. When we explained to him I still wanted to go see a competitors vehicle to compare he was understanding and again not pushy. After going to two different dealers me and my husband agreed that we really enjoyed working with Craig over the other two salespeople to the point where when I almost went with a competitor car I felt bad for not going back to him 😅 however in all we went with a 24 palisade and even though the car was amazing working with Craig was the cherry on top! I will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle because he was such a a pleasure to work with! More
