David was straightforward with us from the get go and was above and beyond in his knowledge about the car we were looking at as well as the Volvo brand. It was very apparent that he cared about us and was looking to form a relationship versus get another transaction done. After viewing several other Honda CRVs from other dealerships I knew this was a good one which is why I didn’t feel pressured when Larry asked if we could see ourselves purchasing the vehicle. We put some money down and we’re able to come back the next morning to do the financing steps with David. Everyone was helpful. The car was in great shape and not ridiculously priced.
