There was no pressure, and everyone was friendly and willing to work with me to get the vehicle I wanted. I have had great experience with McDonald Volvo's service department in the past, and I am happy to report that their sales department is equally outstanding. I drove off in my 4th Volvo a happy customer. More

Wonderful experience–pleasantly surprised! We were very impressed with the service we received at McDonald Volvo, especially from Aucencio. He was so friendly, pleasant, and easy to work with. Used Car Purchase I just purchased my second used XC60 from McDonald Volvo this May. My two previous cars (the Volvo and a Volkswagen) were both serviced at the dealer I just purchased my second used XC60 from McDonald Volvo this May. My two previous cars (the Volvo and a Volkswagen) were both serviced at the dealership exclusively. I have to say after my experience this time I'm very disappointed and don't plan to return for sales or maintenance. I absolutely love my XC60, which is why I was excited to find exactly the one I was looking for on their website. I was given the complete run around while the car was being cleaned and serviced since it was purchased at auction. It took over two weeks, with multiple phone calls from me inquiring on the car's status, to even get possession of the car. I was also promised that certain accessories would be included, and when I took delivery they were not. I sold my old XC60 to my mom and had it in for maintenance while I was waiting for my new XC60to be ready. Low and behold, their service apparently did not include testing the battery (even though it was over $1k in service charges), and the battery died on her shortly after picking the car up from McDonald Service. I loved my new car so much, I didn't write a negative review until today. This morning when I got in my car, just 2 1/2 months after I purchased it, my battery died. Guess it wasn't in their policy to test that. I was able to get the car jumped and drove it to Rickenbaugh Volvo for service. They got me right in and made sure I got transportation to work. I just spoke with them on the phone and they told me the car needs new rear brake pads and rotors. Luckily it's still under warranty or I would be back at McDonald having them fix it for free. I can't possibly imagine what McDonald Volvo was doing with the car for two weeks if they weren't even checking basic safety and maintenance functions. They've lost a customer who was loyal to them since 2006. I can't imagine what's changed, but I sincerely hope others have a different experience. More

Great Experience We had been looking for a new car for about 6 months. Decided to stop in and look at the new Volvo XC40. All sales reps were busy so the Manager, Ro We had been looking for a new car for about 6 months. Decided to stop in and look at the new Volvo XC40. All sales reps were busy so the Manager, Rob took over. Very friendly, knowledgeable and just a great guy. When our salesperson, Sam, became available he was absolutely wonderful as well. They let us drive the SUV right off the showroom floor! The XC40 sold itself but Sam’s knowledge was what sealed the deal. Highly recommend McDonald Volvo!!! More
