While I'm sorry that you're upset, I think it's fair for me to share some additional information here. Volvo allows $50 per day for a rental vehicle. You live 200 miles away from our dealership, and as goodwill we paid for towing to your home and back two times. We also had Volvo bump the allowance for a rental vehicle from $50 per day to $100. You chose to spend $200 a day on a rental and then threatened to give us 1-star reviews and take us to court if we didn't pay the additional fees. We spent over $2000 in towing to accommodate you and feel we have gone above and beyond to help. If you have any questions, please call us directly.

You sold me a faulty car and failed to make me whole. End of story. Above and beyond? This is your job to take care of instances like this. You keep trying to establish a difference between yourself and Volvo. You are Volvo. If you don't like Volvo anymore quit selling their cars. You have done everything you can to have deserved your one star. The cost and hassle the last 4 months has been a nightmare. I like how you want me to call you? I have never received a call from anyone at McDonald. I don't work for you. You have my address to send the check, but in the mean time I will continue to warn others about the perils of doing business with you guys.

Really? I have never received a call from anyone? The most responsive you have been has been through this public forum, which if the roles were reversed, I would have tried to avoid. I made it clear last Friday that I needed $2289 to be made whole and that was not coming from you guys so I said I would do what I have done, which is to warn others. Personally, I would have valued my professional reputation and brand higher than $2289, but to each his own. If I did call what do you want to talk about? I don't have anything to say that has not already been said?
