Once car was at dealership Mark arranged for me to come in and finish paper work. Mark did a great job at going through the car very thoroughly. He made sure all my questions were answered before I left. He look care to make sure my snow tires were ordered and installed on the car and the original tires that came with the car were stored away. There were a few items missing on the car that Mark had to order. I enjoy driving the car and all its features. I made the right decision. Overall it was a great experience. More

In fact, staff exhibited extraordinary customer care by having the dealership absorb all related costs. In addition, when leaving the service area, the service manager noticed a slight flaw in a replacement part that frankly, I'm not sure I would have ever noticed. They immediately ordered a new part!
