Smooth purchase, good deal I was working with another dealer closer to my home narrowing in on a specific Volvo. I then called McDonald and talked with Ray (sales manager). He w I was working with another dealer closer to my home narrowing in on a specific Volvo. I then called McDonald and talked with Ray (sales manager). He was able to give me specific pricing information that helped me quickly negotiate with the other dealer. It became apparent that the other dealer could not meet McDonalds pricing. McDonald also has a much better inventory than the other dealer. We drove down to McDonald, and Ray paired us up with Joe. Joe walked us through their inventory, and we were able to be more selective with options than we could with the other dealer. Joe also was able to explain more details about some of the advanced technology on our Volvo. In the end, McDonald won the deal. Better pricing, better selection, and knowledgable and helpful sales people (thanks Ray and Joe!) made us very happy customers. More
