We we arrived we were greeted at the door by the manager and Larry took us out to test drive the vehicle. After viewing several other Honda CRVs from other dealerships I knew this was a good one which is why I didn’t feel pressured when Larry asked if we could see ourselves purchasing the vehicle. We put some money down and we’re able to come back the next morning to do the financing steps with David. Everyone was helpful. The car was in great shape and not ridiculously priced. I’m excited for my new car! More

When we were late, he was ready and waiting, and had everything set up just as he said he would. Test drive was great and easy, still no pushing. We decided to pull the trigger on a very busy day in their office, and said it would be a bit of a wait to get into the finance office, but if we came back in an hour he’d have everything ready and we’d be out in fifteen minutes (it was not a financed deal). We came back an hour later, everything was ready, and we were driving away with our new car in fifteen minutes. More

Excellent Service Purchased a XC90 2018 loaner car a month ago. Check engine light appeared. Called dealership and brought car in later that morning. Left message for Tim, Service Manager, introducing myself and explained I was on my way to dealership with new car. Arrived and car was taken back immediately and was being looked at. Tim found me and explained what he thought the problem was. Test revealed a gas valve leak. Car was being fixed. Tim over heard me asking my husband on your way home can you put air in the tires of our car for me. Tim offered to put air in our tires and took our other car back to service area. He noticed I had a bulb out and fixed that as well for me. Brought car back and my husband left. Our new car was fixed before noon and I was on my way. They even washed my car for me. More
