There was a delay getting my scheduled VW service completed so it took an inordinate amount of time--well beyond what would be expected. However, the service advisor took the initiative to follow-up completed so it took an inordinate amount of time--well beyond what would be expected. However, the service advisor took the initiative to follow-up with the tech to find out why there was such a long delay--and the dealership's service manager got personally involved. The service manager showed that he wanted to make "things right" regarding my customer experience. And that was impressive. It was the service manager's intervention that shored up my confidence in the dealership--and as a result, I will be a repeat customer. (And by the way, I purchased my VW at your dealership in 2015). Excellent sales and finance department . The only negative after I got home noticed the front and back tires are different manufacturer. This is not recommended on a four wheel drive vehicles. For her all the experience was OK the saleswoman was helpful, however she did not do a walk-through with me once I got the car.
