There was a delay getting my scheduled VW service completed so it took an inordinate amount of time--well beyond what would be expected. However, the service advisor took the initiative to follow-up completed so it took an inordinate amount of time--well beyond what would be expected. However, the service advisor took the initiative to follow-up with the tech to find out why there was such a long delay--and the dealership's service manager got personally involved. The service manager showed that he wanted to make "things right" regarding my customer experience. And that was impressive. It was the service manager's intervention that shored up my confidence in the dealership--and as a result, I will be a repeat customer. (And by the way, I purchased my VW at your dealership in 2015).
