I really like the video reports from the actual technicians who clearly show what is wrong with your vehicle and what they recommend as well. I feel absolutely NO pressure when I am there to complete certain repairs or to purchase a new vehicle. The facility is ALWAYS immaculate and they provide a very nice waiting area which also has a coffee bar for refreshments and sandwiches. More

We live in a remote location hundreds of miles from Denver, a difficult vantage point from which to shop for a car. Brody Burns took very good care of us. We needed to work with someone who is trustworthy, an excellent communicator, and highly knowledgeable about cars. Brody is all these things. There was a delay getting my scheduled VW service completed so it took an inordinate amount of time--well beyond what would be expected. However, the service advisor took the initiative to follow-up completed so it took an inordinate amount of time--well beyond what would be expected. However, the service advisor took the initiative to follow-up with the tech to find out why there was such a long delay--and the dealership's service manager got personally involved. The service manager showed that he wanted to make "things right" regarding my customer experience. And that was impressive. It was the service manager's intervention that shored up my confidence in the dealership--and as a result, I will be a repeat customer. (And by the way, I purchased my VW at your dealership in 2015).
