Hi Steve, as I mentioned when spoke on the phone the day of your service here, it was unfortunate that your door weatherstrip came loose after we washed your car for you. The weatherstrip had been glued before - obviously prior to your ownership. As the car is an '07, the proper repair would be to scrape the old weatherstrip glue from the bottom of the door and properly install a new VW weatherstrip - the original is dried and worn out. We discussed this and I offered to assist with some of the cost through our Collision Center. I still have not heard back from you since our phone discussion. Please let me know if you wish to move forward. Doug Brown 303-734-2780.

You were at all times arrogant and rude. The car was not broken when it arrived at your shop. The pictures that were taken prove that. It was broken when it was picked up. Enough said. Find other customers to bother.
