I had a less than satisfactory visit earlier this year which made me take pause to come back again. I was pushed to make a $2400 repair which turned out not to be needed. The service person I worked wit which made me take pause to come back again. I was pushed to make a $2400 repair which turned out not to be needed. The service person I worked with would not return my calls and was rude. On this visit with James I was pleased with his assistance and not encourage to make unnecessary repairs. He was professional and courteous and kept me updated. I thank him as well as Glen who graciously brought me home. Thank you both. The technician who performed the service was very helpful. More
